Equipment

Due to the backing of Bays Hire Centre, CPMS has access to all the tools and equipment to perform tasks assigned. Should Bays Hire Centre not have what is needed, we have cross hire rates with specialist providers to deliver best value.

People

We have 6 full time employees, and 2 part-time employees, and a ready pool of experienced  trade and non trade casual employees. We also have strong relationships with industry specialists  through Bays Hire, who we can call on at any time.

All personnel employed with CPMS, have  performance/profit share options as part of their standard employment. We also maintain a hard line of deliverables and service to our clients. Should any employee not perform to our internal expectations, we would take a strong line with performance management.

We have a cross section of  employees, some more mature in age, delivering the multi skills, and  a strong work ethic, not always evident in today’s market.

Our client list is growing due to the inherent nature of “The Way We Do Business”. The industry is wrath with cowboy’s who are not  interested in repeat work. We believe our future is in repeat work, with a win/win approach to business. Our pricing will always be market competitive, but we pride ourselves on going the extra yard for our work to exceed our customers expectations.
