We deliberately don’t have a large fleet of tradesmen roam the streets whom we have to invoice time for. Our strategy is to gain benefits for the client by charging for work done, not the rate needed to recover our structure.
We have strong arrangements with contracts many individuals whom have a vested interest in performing work, and at the right price.
